Thoughts on Star Wars:KOTOR

Yeah, I never got passed that. What you want to do to find the treasures is have the little robot guy with you, and use his security skills to open doors. But to prove yourself, you have to do many things. But the best thing to do, to get it done early, is too....

Snitch and tell on the girl that wants to use your strength to take out the head Sith Lord. Doing this will automatically get you to your finals task. But getting to this point, where she tells you about maybe taking out the head Sith takes a couple small tasks. But this (snitching), gets you done the easy way.

Does it do anything, can you use it, or is it something you just give to the Sith Lord after you get it.

17 hrs in... just started tatooine. I've got:

padawan woobwoob (consular light) - two normal sabres green & blue
battle meditation chick - double yellow sabre
funky cat jedi chick - two normal sabres red & yellow

i've got a few crystals, but just died from sand people and didn't save for about 30 minutes. Quitting for the night.

 

That sucks when you forget to save then die, or suddenly lose power because you live in Florida where lightning strikes and takes out your power.

 

Yea, I killed this chick....so I never got her. I have every1 else now. I think I am now 34 hours into the game.

 

gonna go pick up a used copy of this as my rental at blockbuster is almost over

Yea, I am not done yet though. I am on the Star Forge though....I am assuming I am almost done. This game isn't the hardest RPG....I kinda went through it rather easily...but it is fun. Final Fantasy X I am 44 hours into it and only 3/4 done. So KOTOR is short, but fun. I think I will playthrough it again and be evil :twisted: next time.

 

Lattdog, the star forge is a pain in the butt, your going to need a little skill and a lot of luck to get through it. btw, the game is longer ifyou do all the secret missions for the extra charecters.

 

I have all the guys cept for that one phyco looking chick. I just killed her. Otherwise I have em all. And yea....there are a ton of Sith Jedi on there. My party consists of My main guy, Carth, and the alien chick. Carth and her are strong but they keep dieing.....so that makes things harder. I should have brought Jolee in so I had 2 Jedi...ohh well. I will make my way through it.

 

From what i heard, you should be able to get the one girl back (bastalla i think?). Talk to linksys/skater he used a guide to get through and knows what to do.

 

It's addicting, I think it has just been too long since I played an RPG. If it weren't for the turn based fighting, it would be pretty sweet. Plus wifey is glad to see me playing something not live

 

Yeah, RPG arent my favorite thing. I just wish they would make more RPG like Zelda, which is more like an action RPG. Those are the best. The fighting is the only downside to KOTOR, but everything else makes up for that.

 

Ok, I am on the Star Forge and I just came up to Malak. He sent all these droids after me but they are never ending. I saw somewhere, maybe on xblracing, that there was some way to end all of em. How do I do this?
