    well anyone enough about how you guys dont like it...tris or anyone else who knows phpbb forums...how hard is it to make a new color scheme?

    although the forums are written in php, if you just want the colors changed, you just have to know your colors as they are the colors that you would use in html code. If you want a new design, then you might needa know php, I think it is just html though, using tables etc.

    lost of what??? like the codes. Ask Tris personally for them, or just ask him personally if he will do it :D

    ok let me officially comment on this.

    First off, i've been in the web design and programming biz a lot, and i know what works, what the standards are and what not to do.
    The original site design colour standard was based on the old prt web site, I personally really liked how easy it was to read on the site. Although the new site design is fantastic, it's too hard to distingwish things with darker colours, i've seen case study's on that is a fact. If you look at any major web sites. Yahoo, google, ebay, there's a reason they are all lighter colours.

    As for another style sheet, thats possible, but i've changed a lot of the hard code for these forums so i don't think thats possible now.
