Just thought I would share this, interesting none the less...believable? Not sure...

 

No not believable. Especially after the Bungie dude got the date November 9th tatooed on his arm to show that it was a final release date. They won't do it early, they are smart, and the longer the wait the better for them, fix everything up.

Because the smallest thing wrong with Halo 2, and they will get bombed for it.

 

You bet your ass they will. After spending 2 years building and hyping up this game it better be the best game ever made and completely FLAWLESS.

 

Even if this isnt true (which it probably isnt) dont you guys love these rumors?

 

The ESRB part is intrigueing though. Why would they rate Halo 2 if it isn't finished? Or at least extremely close?

I dont believe it either, but maybe something else?

Unless it comes from Bungie themselves it's a rumor and a bad one at that.

 

at the end of the halo 2 cinema trailer it has the black screen that says xbox .com but then it goes to ilovebees.com which has some freaky countdown and gibberish. something is definitely goin to happen on the 24th but i think its more likely a demo

The Halo 2 symbol comes on screen in front of a red sky, then the screen goes back, the green "X" appears and then xbox.com appears down below, but then "shorts out" and ilovebees.com appears, and then "shorts out" again and xbox.com appears. Very interesting...

 

dude, www.ilovebees.com appears during the Game trailer... on that site it has all that info...

was released on the internet no longer than a few days ago. At the end of the game trailer, many Halo fans caught a glimps of a website , which appeared in the trailer for no longer than a second. The website which most of the viewers caught is: http://ilovebees.com/

Now what the big deal about this website you say? Well when you click on the link to the homepage, you will notice a black window popping up and it saids

HALT - MODULE CORE HEMORRHAGE

STRONG INTRUSIVE INCLINATION.

Now I did some research at Gamefaq.com 's halo 2 message board. Here are some of the interesting things I have found from a board memeber who posted this message at the halo 2 board:

"In 3 days, network throttling will erode" They(Bungie) are currently beta testing. In 3 days, they will stop.


"In 17 days this medium will metastasize." (metastasis- to grow, infect,spread, or replicate) Halo 2 goes gold and they start mass producing the discs.

"COUNTDOWN TO WIDE AWAKE AND PHYSICAL: "

The game already has an ESRB rating. The ESRB only grades FINAL COPIES. That means that the game is finished

But what the big deal about the shirt? Well there a halo 2 logo imprinted onto the back of the shirt. Not only that, but on the left side column of the on-line store of Ilovebees'site, it quote :

The end of the World is upon us! I wont be selling these items after Aug 24th due to the BEE's

Now, for those who are unwared about some of the events that accurred on August 24th of certian years:

Aug 24, 1995 Microsoft inflicts Windows 95 on an unsuspecting world.
Aug 24, 1456 Printing completed on the Gutenberg Bible.
Aug 24, 79 AD Mt. Vesuvius erupts for the first time, destroying Pompei.

These events were not expected.

So here are some of the possible theories I came up with:

-Halo 2 will come out on august 24, 2004, thus surprising the whole world.

- In the storyline, the covenant destroyed Earth on the date, August 24th, 2552.

-Halo 2 pre-ordered goodies will hit the shelves on august 24th, 2004.

-Halo 2 master chief toy will be out on the markets in August 24th.

- Another halo 2 trailer , pictures.

- Annoucment that Halo 2 photos, trailers and news will no longer be shown to the public media.



Whatever u want to say... that does come pretty damn close to seeming like its real and im thinking it is right now. Seeing as how microsoft was the one to release windows... why cant they relase Halo?

when the front page of ilovebees loads a black screen comes up and lays out all these countdowns.

 

I'm using Firfox, don't work for me, on my IE it does though.
