i'm an official XBOX 360 owner GOT IT

 

I got it.


Got in line at Walmart at 11:30 and was 1st in line. 2nd guy showed up at 12:30 and all the Premiums were taken up by 1:15. All the Core by 4:45 (there were a lot of people that showed up and left since the premium wasn't available). And as typical there were about a dozen that showed up between 11:30 and midnight.

 

Got it.. But im going to bed..lol.

 

Glad to see your persistence paid off. I'm stuck at work and won't be able to get mine until 10am CST when the place opens up. I have a premium for myself but only a core for my brother. I'm going to try and score a Premium in the morning at one of a few places that open early. If not, I guess I'll have to get the accessories seperately, though not all of them.

I got it. I went to Walmart last night at 11pm, they had already handed out the tickets, some people had been there since the morning.

Woke up and went to Sam's Club, got there at 6:30am (for 7am opening). I got the 18th of 20 available. There were some guys that had camped out since last night, most of the people directly in front of me had trickled in around 5-6am. They were pretty well organized. The manager showed up for work at 6:50 and told everyone in line that business member hours are from 7-10am, and if they didn't have the blue business card that they weren't getting in. 2 people got denied at the door, they cracked the door enough for single file entry and had 3 ppl checking membership cards. They had a crate of the prepackaged premium bundles for $449 (same ones as the website, premium + wireless + play and charge). One guy managed to get in with just an advantage membership, and took one, but the manager caught up with him before checkout and made him give it up.

I have Madden and COD2.... I'll be looking for some games all day on Live!

Just picked it up along with Madden, COD2 & PGR3 and a plug and play kit.

My EB received 18 premiums and I was 11th on the list. The Mgr. was saying that UPS damaged one of the units so the guy that got the call yesterday telling him he is 18 on the list and to pick up his 360 today will have to be called and told he is out of luck thanks to UPS The Mgr. is thinking he will be shot before the end of the day

Oh well....Glad I got out of there before the lead started to fly :wink:

 

In my trunk, soon to be enroute to Temple where my brother lives. I got a premium, he gets a core for his birthday. Looking forward to playing it.

 

Got it! Got it at Universal Citywalk EB games. Over 200 hundred people in line and I was number 37. I now have to fake a cough and go home sick to play!!!!

yes you should get nba 2k6. i played it and wow. it blew me away.

 

NBA 2K6 is REALLY good graphically... even on just a regular TV. And gameplay, as always, is great. I'd definitely recommend picking it up.

I'm liking PD:Zero a lot too... graphics are very nice looking in that as well. The controls feel very similar to Halo for me, so that's a good thing... was able to jump right in.

Madden... it feels kinda jerky, and just has kind of a weird feel to it. It kinda feels like I'm playing the old 2K games to be honest with you... by both the gameplay and the player models.
