i don't get it, i read a couple weeks ago that they are going to start offering family packs, 4 Gamertags for $99 a year. and now they on to make 1 for 60 ? still paying still playing, can't complain, i'll just get 4 and feel like i'm getting a deal lol.
I don't think its terrible. It's the price of a video game that you play everyday for a year. I know I will continue to have my live subscription. I'm having a hard time thinking of a price I wouldn't pay short of $100. People are still going to pay because its a great service. The only thing I disagree with are all the ads on the Dashboard.
I've tried to buy those cards or whatever, but they never seem to work for Canadians. So i've always been paying the regular fee

Remember all the content like downloads, avatar stuff isn't created by them, they are the middlemen who own the network

I'm sure sites like WalMart & Amazon will sell them below the $40.00 price tag that microsoft is currently charging before this increase takes affect.
