World Junior Power Rankings
1. USA they get the number one spot with an A draft really like their game plan in getting a bog (kingprather) and a former bog(mottly39). (A rating) for their draft would’ve been an A+ if they got chooch who went undrafted somehow.
2. Canada before the draft I would’ve gave this team an A+ was looking like they were going to go with two goalie management players but instead both went out of the net which dropped their rating to an A.
3. Slovakia One of the best built rosters they got amazing values in the draft can’t wait to see how this team performs with three strong lines. (Rating A).
4. Sweden I knew this team was going to be good they got veteran managers on this team who did a very good job on draft day vvMclovin and Maddens were great picks with some others. (Rating A-)
5. Switzerland one of my favorite drafts, they got a lot of veteran players who’ve played lg for awhile so this team could easily rise these power rankings with their veteran presences on the ice( Rating B+)
6. Austria this team is meh trax is a good free contract other than that this should be a team who will get bounced first round with no depth. Surprisingly a couple other teams have worse teams. (Rating B-)
7. Finland would’ve been prob higher on this list but with losing their number 1 center alpha who’s on Barrie has advanced in chl loffs they fall down the rankings. Fwds are weak and defense is okay. (Rating C+)
8. Latvia honestly don’t know who half these people are on this team so I couldn’t really rank them as good as I want too so I’ll put them right behind Finland. (Rating C)
9. Czech Republic with having the number 1 pick you would think this team would be higher on this list but taking Felic5 at number 1 is a questionable move. Looking at the rest of the team they took a lot of guys they could’ve got later and shouldn’t of been drafted (Rating D+)
10. Germany I was going to be biased and put us in the top 3 but in my heart Ik it’s not true looking at our roster we had the same problem as Czech took guys way too earlier like Sohndehr, King_Formless, and others. What puts this team down to the number 10 spot is their free contracts just aren’t as good as the other teams. (Rating D-)

I respect your write up and I don't want to criticize it too much because you put hard work into it, but quick note about Czech Republic. I know their management and with the #1 pick, they solely looked for Restricted Veterans on TC and asked them to join the league. Felic is an 8 mil NHLer that they got to join WJ only because they had the #1 pick. I know tons of LG NHLers and all of them are amazed at how he was able to play in WJ. He's undoubtedly the best player this WJ according to many of these NHLers. Maybe you didn't know how good of a player he is and that's understandable but Czech are extremely underrated. Other than that, great write up, I agree on everything else!

This is definitely an interesting write-up. I have to question it though, as you seem to give one team credit for something, but not another for the same thing. For example, there are multiple current and former staff in this tournament, why is that only credited to team USA? It just makes me question the ratings all around.

 

Why you have to question it I spent hours on it man

 

Should’ve gave y’ll the A+ then that’s my fault for not realizing
