Back by popular demand, I have compiled by hand a various collection of statistics since the LG Site Matchup Breakdown doesnt work due to none of the teams playing each other in the regular season.

That being said, lets get into these matchups. Green Means the team has the advantage in that stat, red means they do not. The number in the parenthesis is the rank of that teams stat out of 16. GAA and SV% dont have rank because I got lazy.

Prediction: Netherlands in 7. Much to Rollin's chagrin I think the Netherlands take this matchup and move onto round 2. I think ChelSnipes wins 4 games for this team and has a great showing in Game 7.

Prediction: Switzerland in 7. The Swiss seem to be a very good offensive team, Italy is perhaps more well rounded, but I think the Swiss pull out an upset over the Italians. I think this is the matchup to watch, will be a very interesting series. The Italians are very experienced, but for some reason my heart says Swiss.

Prediction: Japan in 5. If Japan can get out to an early series lead, I think we can close it out quickly. We are not taking the Swedish lightly, they have another very experienced roster and are capable of an upset but I need to have faith in my team and I think we continue our success.
