Seriously though, you shouldn't be talking shit as after all, we did defeat the Spurs, winning 4 straight games, luck or no luck it doesn't matter as we were the NBA WESTERN CONFERENCE CHAMPIONS.

Anyway, I am admitting it, Lakers were Detroit's bitches for the night, and they didn't deserfe to win it, and therefore they didn't. As I said earlier, it is sad for Karl Malone, but I truly am happy that Larry Brown finally did win it after his last failed attempt a few years ago...falling short to the Lakers.

 

i don't think it is sad for malone at all. that whole squad came in like they were gods and the got out played every game. they have had an excuse for every loss. in the past lakers won the championships because of sheer talent. but when it came time for them to show heart they got ran out of the building. they all got exactly what was coming to them

 

yeah we deserved to lose, and we got what we should of got. But Malone, you got to feel sorry for him 19 seasons without a Championship and 2nd all time in points....you have to feel a little bit sorry.

But, maybe next year we can do it, who knows. That is the beauty of sports, there is always next year!

 

Never did like Malone, such a dirty player so I don't feel sorry for him. Only people associated for the Lakers that I would pull for would be Shaq and Phil Jackson.

 

Yeh, I dont feel sorry for Karl at all. He is a dirty player and had quite a few good teams on which he coulda done something, he just couldn't. He didnt do much in LA and was mostly there for the ride to the ring. If LA woulda won he still wouldn't have earned his ring.
