It's good to see what people have to say about each game but I would buy a game based on what someone else has said.

Ska- rent them! My suggestion as a baller... rent NBA and College Hoops. If you care more about gameplay than name recognition College beats NBA by far. I have both and still enjoy NBA quite a bit but when I want to run and gun- high flying, dunking on everyone's head I pick up NBA. WHen I want to play real bball, run an offense, get a stop on defense that doesn't involve a simple swat or hack, I play college.

Haven't played Top Spin, I started to rent it this weekend but there's only so much back and forth I can do. Pong with great graphics is pong all the same. I'm sure it's great but I know my faults and quick boredom is certainly one of them. Rented PGR2 instead. I'm not a racing fan: HATED GT3-I felt like a grease monkey sliding from under a car with a dress on or something. But, this game is awesome. I'm no racing fan and I'm buying this one. Hope that helps.

I guess we all figured that if you had played the games you'd be able to make up your own mind based on your opinions of what you had played.

I just bought some of those about 2 months ago. They are more of a wingers type skate because they do not provide very much protection for defensemen (me). They are light as hell though and are really comfortable, just dont expect to get hit with a shot and not be in pain.

I really like them but now i wish i would have spent the extra $50 and got the Bauer 8000's. Like i said they are all fine and dandy until you get hit with a shot, the sides of them are about as thick as paper so you feel every little slash and shot. Anways, what model did you get? I got the Vapor THG's which is basically a mix between 15's and 20's.

Honestly I would go Top Spin, For bball I really think ID is the better game over ESPN. Yes they don't have leagues here for ID which I wish they would

Hopefully it will be considered next year versus ESPN. It just has better gameplay. Yes XSN will support leagues but not nearly the way leagues are supported here.
