Anyone gottens positive results preparing your team before the upcoming game? I've only managed to get 2 points to my kicker and backup QB 1once out of 5 pre season games and 2 regular season games.

    Anyone has a working formula?

Will be back later. I gotta go play my week 2 franchise game. BTW this game is too easy on All Pro.

    Yeh play Legend Willo.

As for the weekly preparation, you have to make sure everybody watches videos throughout the week, and that you have at least 1 full scrimmage and they should go up.

Hey thnx guys. I just didnt know i had to have my guys train like dogs every day. Anyways i finally got positive results besides the kicker and the back up QB. Only set of that didnt get boost were Center, Guard, Tackle, Defensive Tackle and Defensive End. If you've had any success in getting some positive points in any of these positions please post your training methods. Thnx again in advance.

Alright guys, I found a good strategy that a few people are reporting works very, very well and will keep your guys straight, and even rising.

    Code:
    Key:
DB - Entire Defensive Backfield (CB, FS, and SS)
    OL - Entire Offensive Line (T, G, C)
DL - Entire Defensive Line (DE, DT)
LB - Entire Linbacking Core (OLB, ILB)

    Monday:

Meeting and Press Conference - Whatever you feel necessary (relatively Happy meetings and themes will usually raise morale; The "Angrier" you get, the more Team Focus will be affected positively)

Coaching - Focus on weaknesses; I usually go with Coverages (Offense) and Route Combinations (Defense) as the main focal points.

    Film / 1 / QB / Coverages
    Film / 1 / OL and FB / Fronts
Film / 1 / DL / Either Pass or Run Blocking Schemes (Depending on which your D-Line is weakest for)
    Film / 1 / LB / Run-Pass Distribution
    Film / 1 / DB / Route Combinations
Film / 1 / TE / Fronts or Man-Zone Tendencies (Depending on which your TE needs to work on more)

(NOTE: At this point, you should have at least one more Hour left over that you can and should [for relative scheduling ease] give in film)

    Weights / 1 / QB / Shoulders
    Weights / 1 / HB / Hamstrings and Calves
    Weights / 1 / WR / Calves and Ankles
    Weights / 1 / DB / Calves and Ankles
Weights / 1 / DL / Arms or Chest; Hamstrings wouldn't hurt, either
    Weights / 1 / LB / Arms

    Tuesday:

Pos Drill / 3 / QB / Routes and Progressions
    7-on-7 Drill / 2 / All / Partial Pads
    Full Drill / 2 / 1st Team / Partial Pads
    Full Drill / 1 / 2nd Team / Partial Pads

(Note: The remaining 6 hours I usually Spend on the following, but I don't see why they can't be used for anything else):

Pos Drill / 2 / DT / Get Off the Ball
Pos Drill / 1 / DE / Special Move Focus

    Wednesday:

    7-on-7 Drill / 2 / All / Partial Pads
    Full Drill / 1 / 1st Team / Full Pads
    Pos Drill / 1 / QB / Pass Mechanic
    Pos Drill / 1 / HB / The Gauntlet
    Pos Drill / 1 / WR / Pattern Depths
    Pos Drill / 1 / TE / Run Blocking (My TE's weakness)
Pos Drill / 1 / OL / The Big Sled
Pos Drill / 1 / DL / Get off the Ball or Special Move Focus (Pick what you like)
    Aerobic / 1 / CB / Shuttle Runs
Pos Drill / 1 / SS and FS / Ball Reaction

    Thursday:

    7-on-7 Drill / 2 / All / Partial Pads
    Full Drill / 1 / 1st Team / Partial Pads
Pos Drill / 1 / LB / Beat the Block
    Pos Drill / 1 / CB / Bump-and-Run Coverage
Pos Drill / 1 / WR / Wide Receiver Release
Pos Drill / 1 / OL / The Big Sled
Pos Drill / 1 / TE / [Anything you like; I still usually go with "Run Blocking" since that's where I'm weak]
    Alternative / 2 / STARTING QB / Meditation
    Alternative / 1 / CB / Yoga
    Pos Drill / 1 / HB / Tire Relay

    Friday:

    Full Drill / 1 / 1st Team / No Pads
Pos Drill / 2 / WR / Pattern Depths (Hand Positioning wouldn't hurt, either, but Pattern Depths has been a bit more effective for my top Receivers)
Pos Drill / 2 / QB / Routes and Progressions
    Pos Drill / 2 / HB / Tire Relay
Pos Drill / 1 / SS and FS / Open-Field Tackling or Ball Reaction
    Pos Drill / 1 / LB / Pass Coverage
    Pos Drill / 2 / CB / Ball Reaction
Pos Drill / 1 / FB / The Gauntlet or Run Blocking
Pos Drill / 2 / DT / Get Off the Ball
Pos Drill / 1 / DE / Get Off the Ball

btw thnx for the weekly prep setup socal. So far i've gotten my Wr's to gain 4 - 5 points in improvement. QB's get 1 - 2 overall improvements. HB and FB 1 - 3 points. The only thing i always ended up with that's wrong is that my guys all lose 1 - 4 points in stamina and durability. I think this has finally caught up to my players during week 10. 2 injuries in one prep and 2 more during a game against the Bears(Urlacher crushed Eddie George injuring him for 3 quarters) and Derrick MAson injuring himself(4 weeks hamstring) after running after a long bomb and not even diving for it.

I hate to love this mode.
