Update/Teaser from t I have tentatively assigned all 30 teams. The league is shaping up to be a good time for all. Sign-ups will remain open until Sunday.

Well, have fun whoever gets those teams . You have Okeafor if you take Charolette, and then you have Walker if you take Atlanta .
They do Darthor, he is just saying out of everybody signed up so far....he has given most of them a team, with only 2 left.
The signs up are until Sunday. Based on those that have signed up and the teams they have provided I have made an initial assignment. Nothing is written in stone yet. Hence the word "teaser" in the subject. We have a solid 29 right now with everyone in the league being happy with the team they would get.
could we have the list of all Gm and their respective teams out? so we could play on exhibition games?

Curious...were your initial assignment based on who signed up first, if anyone had that team on their list, geographical location, or maybe your membership length. Sorry but I am very excited about the league =P~
I know for a fact that it wasn't first come first serve basis, but the other's may have played a role in it.
I use a number of factors. First come first served is never one of them. Your rep here at LG, reccomendations of current respected members, your participation in the forums, are all considered. As far as assigning teams, I would love to be able to give everyone their top choice. However, when the same 3-4 teams seem to show up on everyone's list it gets difficult. Here are some stats with respect to the 29 I have currently assigned: 22/30 Received their 1st or 2nd Choice. 3/30 Received a team on their list. 4/30 Received a team not on their list but were contacted on preference. I am 1 of the 4 that did not receive a team on my list.

Thanks...I know i'm a newbie..so I wanted to know how things work. Much respect on not picking your favorite team. However, I would think you deserve since you are running the league.
Thanks for the comments guys. If everyone is happy it makes for a better league. I'm am really psyched at the response for this league. Never thought we would get as many as we did. It's gonna be a good time.
