Goals: - To build the player foundation, possibly skill, and even management abilities of members in the league. - Keep TC Active and a reason to play / be involved. - Let Owners, GMs and AGMs have a look at players before requesting trades for them, placing them on waivers, or giving them regular season game time. - Stream the games and post them, make them available for management to see your skills. Reply to thread and attach stream links. - your chance to show you are better than the management - There may be other additional benefits that get added depending on how active these games become. Like the site owner - we need to prove this idea will work and is worth building up. I am REALLY hoping you all will get involved with this because I have MANY facets to these games to add in time. I will be happy to do that once the TC guys prove they will be active enough to keep regular players out.
You know, after consideration, I kinda have to agree with KC97. It should be a TC against TC game, with maybe one or two managers on each team to organize and the rest watching a stream/broadcast. I don't know about anyone else, but if I'm on the GM team, I'm going to be looking far more at my own teammates than the TC opponents.
