Before I begin this wonderful thread, I would like to thank @Rico Suave FLS and @Eddiekog for their amazing articles that inspired me to write this one. Those articles are very well written and it was perfect reading material while taking my morning shit. But without further ado, here are the Top 10 AHL Playmakers of All-Time: 10 - @hotwinglol (113-38-6) 150G-250A-400P Hotwing isn't a name we see very much anymore. He tired himself out after tearing it up so much between Season 18 and Season 21. Guy was a machine back in the old games. Too bad that consistency didn't exactly carry over into the new games with the pre-made builds. Average Assists Per Game: 1.59 Average Assists Per Season: 31.25 NHL Comparable Player: Ryan Getzlaf 9 - @Daqs x 13 (93-60-16) 151G-232A-383P Daqs has always been known as a top passer. The guy knows how to find the open lane on those cross ice passes, especially when leaving the zone and entering the zone. Average Assists Per Game: 1.37 Average Assists Per Season: 38.67 NHL Comparable Player: Mikael Granlund 8 - @swiss97 (97-88-17) 157G-258A-415P Swiss has been around for ages. I think he literally lives for LG and setting up his teammates to make plays and score. I wish his amazing playmaking over the seasons would have been better, but he hasn't exactly been on the greatest teams. That's what's really unfortunate. Average Assists Per Game: 1.28 Average Assists Per Season: 32.25 NHL Comparable Player: Joe Thornton 7 - @Gunwoat (100-44-9) 158G-246A-404P Gunwoat has been one of the AHLs offensive juggernauts over the past few seasons, earning the title GunBOAT. He definitely knows how to carry his linemates and being the type of playmaker that he is, I'm not surprised. Average Assists Per Game: 1.61 Average Assists Per Season: 41 NHL Comparable Player: Niklas Backstrom 6 - @The Broche (108-29-14) 166G-247A-413P Broche has disappeared from the AHL for some time, but while he was here, he was one of the best playmakers. Gosh, someone had to feed @Gucci Baelish and @oNo RuThLesS on the daily. I can understand his need to move up after that though. Average Assists Per Game: 1.64 Average Assists Per Season: 41.16 NHL Comparable Player: Adam Oates 5 - @iTransitions (142-66-9) 173G-268A-441P Tranny is back. After a couple seasons away in the NHL, the man who ran the Reign forever is coming home. Tranny holds many teams All-Time passing and scoring records, just proving how much of a committed player and playmaker he is. Average Assists Per Game: 1.61 Average Assists Per Season: 44.67 NHL Comparable Player: Sidney Crosby 4 - @VVaGs82 (97-52-14) 156G-292A-448P Mr. RT over here. Wags is a known Cleveland LEGEND when it comes to passing and scoring alongside his teammate and linemate, who is #3 on this list. It's unfortunate that Wags took his fantastic Playmaking skills to the NHL, because he would definitely be Top 2 now if he wasn't up there. Average Assists Per Game: 1.79 Average Assists Per Season: 41.71 NHL Comparable Player: Steve Yzerman 3 - @BullBreed333 (133-76-12) 190G-299A-489P And the other Mr. RT over here from Cleveland. The other main Cleveland LEGEND. This guy is a passing machine. He doesn't stop and it shows! This guy has just under 300 assists in 8 AHL seasons. That's some impressive numbers. But like Wags, he should've stayed down here to get that number up! Average Assists Per Game: 1.35 Average Assists Per Season: 37.38 NHL Comparable Player: Mark Messier 2 - @stev (115-27-13) 197G-304A-501P Stev wasn't in the AHL for long, and now he's long gone, but he certainly left his mark. Guy is a machine in every way when it comes to scoring and more importantly, passing. I'd love to have this guy on my team, passing me the puck any day. Too bad he earned his spot in the Show, otherwise, he'd be #1 on this list. Average Assists Per Game: 1.96 Average Assists Per Season: 50.67 NHL Comparable Player: Connor McDavid 1 - @KSPx11 (119-56-19) 173G-313A-486P KSP is like the AHL Lifer. Guy has been down here forever now. There is no doubt in my mind on why he should be #1. You don't become #1 without committing yourself to being here for 8 straight seasons. Who would do that to themselves? Regardless, this west-coaster seems to know how to use the West-Coast Advantage to make us East Coasters struggle to stop him making those fantastic plays. Guy is an absolute animal and definitely earned this #1 spot. Average Assists Per Game: 1.61 Average Assists Per Season: 34.77 NHL Comparable Player: Jaromir Jagr Honourable Mentions: @Martin ScoresEZ @Ambient I37I @xCROSBYx l87l @DatsyukianxDeke @EricE30 @PahkTheCah1387
More than I should have when @ShortyxLOSE told me I should have just edited all my stats to make it look better.

It's okay Howie. He's just mad he can't make any list besides the "Top 10 Shitters with an Inflated Head"
It's stuff to read pitcher. Come now bb. If I was on this list then you could be calling it horeshit.
