Likey or no likey? Broadway Joe isn't thrilled: http://content.usatoday.com/communi...z-new-york-jets-denver-broncos/1#.T2uTnexSSWU Discuss.
I have mixed feeling about Tebow coming to the Jets. Not sure if it's good or bad. I do want to see if the new offensive coordinator can make a difference in Marks game as a QB.
I'm soooooooo mad this is happened. At one point I was really hyped about the Manning to Dolphins rumors. I love Matt Moore and all but Manning would of been a huge step up.
I don't know if Sanchez has to worry for the starting job. I guess training camp is where everything is decided. At least Tebow would be a good back-up if Mark gets injured.
I'm not going to lie, as a Jets fan I'm pretty excited. I know a lot of fans and experts think it was a foolish move, but I was kind of bummed when we let Brad Smith leave. Having a few packages for Tebow to run per game should be able to make a difference, especially with Sparano calling the plays. Also, maybe Tebow will be able to bring some positivity to that locker room. Maybe ...
I was a MASSIVE Tebow supporter last season and I took a lot of shit for it. I loved being able to post the "all I do is win" video after each crazy victory he somehow pulled out. Then came the offseason. Instead of practicing 10 yard passes 24/7 he's out at award shows and publicity dates and shit. He's not interested in becoming a good or decent QB anymore. It's strictly getting his christian message out there. I think the Jets and Tebow deserve each other. I think it has a massive failure written all over it. The Jets go from one QB that can't throw to two. I hope Tebow proves me wrong just like he did everyone else last year but I don't think it's going to happen.
I agree, he is nothing more than a missionary using the NFL as his preaching pedestal. I'm not a fan of his at all.
I guess the media definitely played with my initial reaction. But now thinking about it, it might actually work out.
