Montreal vs Pittsburgh Wearing the black and gold, you have a prolific team in Pitt who has swept both rounds with ease, making the east look foolish. The challenger is Montreal, who has scratched and clawed to simply get to these Semi's, just etching the Rags last round in game 7. Penguins: Offense : A : A deep team is brando's (and most good owners) trademark. When you can acquire very productive players under 2 mil like @DIXON l35l , @Karmuh x 86 , and @Josh55777 it makes building up the top half of the team that much easier. @PureFiishin, @Hxndry, and my boy @D4N USA all will lead the charge for an offense loaded with top 6 talent. Defense : A- : High end 2nd pairs is what comes to mind when looking at this group. Mix and match whoever you want other than @Bren Dotty and you have a real good 2nd pairing. This is no easy thing to accomplish but when you do, it makes for line matching to be that much tougher. The only thing lacking from this core is game 7 LD. Goalies : A : Who are we kidding @SteveB9211 wins the Vezina, hands down no competition with Tex providing an above average backup this tandem is next to none. Game 7 (Projected) Lineup : A : Hendry, Carch Fish Bren DC? and SteveB. Canadians: Offense : B+ :Where did @CT 66 come from last I saw him he had his pants down in Dallas? Anyways offensively speaking Montreal brings an offense build off one thing, chemistry. @RoWsKi and @Mr SaWse have finally found a home that allows them to excel in the 3rd line role. @Shockz is playing his old owner which could make for a neat storyline. Played with @Schwatz I83I in club yesterday good season, below average thumbs. Overall a very competitive group who mostly still play NHL 17 which is a big plus. Defense : A : @Aces x65, @Kutomba Panas , @xW 4 R D are three legit hands down top line dmen all have great thumbs and bring something different to the table. @M a x y l19l and @booondock88 are very capable up comers who would play bigger roles on most teams. Goalies : B+ : @Bingbing has always been a true #1 starter paired with @XxJGriZZa1xX make for a very underrated tandem. Game 7 (Projected) Lineup : B+ : Brewski Shockz CT/Tayz? Panas Ward/Aces? Binger Synopsis: This may be a more competitive series than most may think, however there's only one team who can compete with Pit...and they don't live in the East. Pit in 6.
