    SNP Season 137 Captain Signup Application:

    This week’s event is a DRAFT. If you wish to become a captain for this week’s event, please fill out the application below. Not everyone will be guaranteed a spot as we will review the candidates.
    1. What is your LG Username?
    2. Have you been a captain before?
    3. Who will be your co-captain (GM)?
    4. Do you understand the rules of SNP?
    5. Which team are you signing up as (Pick 2, NHL/AHL/ECHL/CHL Only)?
    Captains will be chosen as signups occur. Captains will be added to a PM to join the SNP Captain Discord to confirm their spot. Cutoff for captains will be Saturday at 5:00pm ET. The draft will be start at 7:00pm ET with games to follow shortly after. Games should start by 8:00pm ET.

    By agreeing to become a captain, you also agree to be on time to your game(s) and gather your team in a timely manner. You will also agree to the rules and guidelines provided. Quitting or no-showing will cause the user to serve a one-week suspension from SNP.
