SEC Big 12 S3 W8 Advancing Fri Night

Big Week for User Games (4 of them):
Texas Tech @ #7 Ohio State
#6 Texas @#9 USC
#5 FSU @ #2 LSU
#1 Georgia @ #11 UF

Everyone else plays the CPU.

We used to do 3 day advances on weeks where there are no User vs User games and 4 when there are. I am going to make it so we are always advancing in 3 days. On weeks when there are User vs User games I will allow a one day extension if requested. To get this extension I need to see that both parties are active in trying to get the game scheduled. Also, in this league and some of my Madden leagues I have been texting people to set up games and it worked great since most people have their cell phones with them. If you have a game with another user it might be a good idea to PM them here or message them on the Xbox and give them your cell number to text to schedule the game. Just an idea I wanted to throw out there.

I personally don't mind the new sliders. My running is definitely down vs the CPU, but my passing seems to be fine. I have looked at wins and loses to the CPU and everyone seems to be winning about 80% of their games vs the CPU and most seem to have pretty good passing #'s vs the CPU.

I think I will keep these sliders and quarter minutes for the rest of this season since we are pretty much half way through, but after this season if the majority want to go back to the old sliders and 5 minute quarters then I don't have a problem with it. I will let the league veterans chime in and let me know what their votes are.

no votes for Penn State, Ole Miss, Ohio State, and USC since they never played with the old sliders.

Marauders i'm available til 6 pm on Friday cause i work at 7 Sry i didnt post on thursday. I might be able to stretch it til 6:30 as long as we can complete the game by 7:15. I'll just let my work know i'll be a little late

 

It seems like the unfortunate must happen and the UGA and UF game has be simmed. I am at the airport and will be out of town until Sunday evening. Sucks to possibly lose an undefeated season and #1 ranking this way, but I have no alternatives until Sunday...
