(S5) San Diego Gulls Seeking Management

Hello I am looking for a GM and AGM for the next upcoming season known as the summer season. GM will have his selection of AGM by choice just needs to let me know who it is etc and why. GM must be mature and know how to deal with people on a daily basis. Working with a full 17 roster plus maybe 30-40 TC players. GM & AGM will be responsible for getting this done in a timely manner. Must follow all LG rules and make sure players are following them as well . Tasks like setting weekly lines, getting stats in, trading , waiver claims / bidding are just a few of the tasks set out. Things daily I would like to see is team practices in club setting ,trying out the TC guys more in a club setting to see who acutally fits when a ECu is needed. More details to come of what else I expect but that will be in the interview stage. Skype is also mandotory for this team. This is a team that's made the playoffs since LG PSN has started on LG.

GM - I know AHL play who can play.I who CHL the great and solid players in the CHL who should be moving up.I know what makes a team click.I know the rules for the league after 4 season of being in the league. I can speak to everyone and get ecu via Skype, Leaguegaming team chat or PSN team chat. I have already a few players in mind for AGM. I could adjust the team if players were call up to the NHL. I also know how to put in stats.

Why you would make a good GM or AGM : i think i would make a good GM because i know a lot of experienced/skilled players who can get the job done as i also know who not to get.i know the rules pretty well as i also know that the NHL team comes first.(My agm also has management experience)

Why you would make a good GM or AGM : I know the league and know how it works, I am great with the rules and want to give everyone an opportunity to play in this league while winning. I want to win and will gladly enjoy you do what u want with the team to what you see fit. I understand NHL priority comes first and will not be buthurt by that.

Why you would make a good GM or AGM : I've been a gm before so I know what it takes. I know a lot of players in the league so I feel like I can put a great team together.
