    This thread is serious applicants, whom wish to take ownership of an NHL Organization.

    Roles and Responsibilities of the NHL Owner
    • Overall success of his or her NHL and AHL team.
    • Selecting NHL and AHL managers and drafting up a management contract with EACH of the successful management candidates in regards to the organizations "in-house" rules
    • Ensuring the day to day tasks are handled by the team managers.
    • Operating within the official LG Code of Conduct and within LG's Terms of Service.
    • Accepting the terms and conditions of the Management Expectations outline by staff.
    Terms of Ownership
    • Ownership is considered a single season contract with no ban buyout option.
    • Once the official offer is set from the League's Commissioner and the applicant as accepted the offer, the applicant is no longer eligible to step down from the role of Ownership without facing a seasonal ban.
    Possible Rule Adjustments for S29
    1. AHL Game times will return to 8:30-9:30-10:30
    2. Waiving or trading inactivity players will result in a suspension.
    3. Adjustment to the ECU restrictions during the season.
    4. Additional time MAYBE adjusted from a 10 minute window to a 5 minute window.
    5. [Up for Owner Vote] Removing the RFA process resulting in all drafted players on an expired contract to be sent to bidding. -RFA removed for S29
    6. [Up for Owner Vote] Removing the predetermined 6 million AGM in favor of having the AGM return to a salaried roster player. - Removed for S29
    7. [Up for Owner Vote] Reviewing a Possible Playoff Format change(2-2-2-1*current* vs 2-2-1-1-1 vs 2-2-1-2) *Will go to a player vote in S29*
    8. [Up for Owner Vote] Reviewing the Playoff Scheduling Restrictions(1 in 4, 2 if 6)
    Application Restrictions for NHL Owner
    • Any player listed on the no management list in either the PS4 or Xbox League is ineligible to apply.
    • Any player returning from a site ban or the *new capital punishment* is ineligible for manager at any level until approved by the League Commissioner.
    • Any player currently returning from a league ban, ONLY exception is if an appeal was granted.
    • Management experience at any tier is considered an asset, but from experience it is EXTREMELY unlikely a CHL Manager makes the jump to NHL Owner without having success at the AHL level and or NHL MGT Experience.
