Additional note to the application: I have thoroughly read through the rules and have a very clear understanding of how they work and was often the one communicating these rules to the rest of my team. Any questions our club always had resolved ahead of time and abided by the rules seamlessly through the entire season and playoffs.

I have experience in another league as management but ill strictly stick to my LG management experience because all leagues are a little different.

Before any owner discards this application, I would like for you to stop thinking about the guys with experience in this league as the guys who are the best choice to run a team. I know how everyone believes that being chosen to run an AHL or NHL team is about who you know. We'll be be truthful, I don't know many guys in the NHL and AHL level and there's a good reason behind that. All I ask if for all the owners to take a minute to read my application here because I will be a manager in the AHL next season, but will you be the team smart enough to chose me to manage your AHL team?

I'd like to be a little untraditional and start off by telling you all that managing has absolutely nothing to do with being the most talented NHL player. In fact, I've seen talented managers fail at running teams for that specific reason. I'm not saying that I'm the best player on the ice, but I am saying that I'm one of the smartest players on the ice. If you know and understand the game of hockey, being smarter than your opponent is going to win you more games than being more talented.

On to my thoughts of managing a team. I'm not going to give you my full ideology of how I see a team successfully managed, but I will give you a little inside of how I do things. In my time spent managing in the CHL I have brought guys in with no 6v6 experience and helped teach these guys the way to out think their opponent and the best ways to produce a shut down defense and a killer offense. I have always stressed to them that playing smart and simple hockey will win more games than anything. I have many ideas on how to teach and manage but there's really one thing impaticular that will separate me from everyone else in this thread, family. The number one reason why I have been so successful is the family atmosphere I have brought to my teams. I've had very few guys come and go from my team the past two seasons and almost all of them have told me their experience on my team was better than any other team that they've been on. Almost all of them have used the term family when describing my team.

After multiple seasons managing in chl, with 2 really good seasons, ill be looking to move up to help manage ahl team in any role needed. Understand league rules very well and know alot of good players that are ready to move up as well. Obviously my goal would be to win a championship.

advantage ..every season your teams are top of the league ..you should be able to run a team for sure.
