S22 Game Sessions : "How To" Without Traditional Lobbies?

A ton of questions about how LG was going to run without having our transitional lobbies that we have used for so long. Luckily the most recent update for NHL 16 gave the ability to run the League in perhaps a more organized manner. Below I will describe in detail how a normal game session between two team will take place for Season 22.



From the title screen, head over to the EASHL section



Once the club menus load, you are going to select "Play Drop In"



The "Invite Friend" option will be the feature we will be using for our Leagues. This can also be used for scouting games, or for the afternoon lobby match ups that several of our players are so fond of.



Once the actual game session loads up, players can be invited. The neat feature of this and what we will be using for the League is the fact that several members in the session can send invites. How this will work in regards to League play is simple. The Home team's MOC will send an invite to the Away team's MOC. After both team's representatives are in the session, they can then invite their own team! Needless to say this new way should be just as effective as the lobbies we are so very use to using.

All of the technical stuff in regards timings, forfeits, lag outs, extra time etc, are being hashed out right now. The new Article Two will be presented during NHL bidding.
