Hart Memorial Trophy​

The Hart Memorial Trophy is presented to National Hockey League's "Most Valuable Player" of the regular season. The MVP may very well be the most difficult award to judge in an eSports league. All of the following must be considered when determining those who should be nominated for MVP: Production in relation to peers, Individual record, Line mates, Strength of Schedule, Individual Stats, Team Performance and Position.


The format for calculating this seasons awards will be as follows:

Committee Voting - 1 vote per member (total of 6)
Manager Voting - All owners vote being segregated by conference (total of 2)
Community Voting - 1 vote

Finalists will be awarded points for each voting group:
1st - 4 points
2nd - 2 points
3rd - 1 point

Points will then be calculated and winners determined.

I think it’s a good decision by the league. 3v3’s and playing non playoff teams every day helps boost your stats!

How would it make sense to have 2 candidates for “Most Valuable Player” on the same team? That would decrease their value if they are playing on the same squad. McDavid and Drai have never been nominated for the Hart at the same time so you’ll need another rebuttal plz
