since there are now only 12 teams instead of the planned 16 are there now 3 lines instead of 2 because that would make it much more competitive?
Great question. We are still trying to get more owners but if we can't, then we probably will run with three lines.
also is there going to be an agm or max bid set into play for each owner and how long do they have to submit this information before the bidding?
