So from what I hear Pro Series is banned because it is considered a type of gambling now. Because every team has to buy a spot and compete for the pot. What if LG did a Pro Series that didn't include a buy-in but also had a prize for the top 3 or whatever teams. It would not be considered gambling thus making it legal for the league to support it. I don't know much about VG but they do have something along the lines of this. It's called VG Club Challenge and supports I believe 10-15 teams at the moment. There is no buy-in and there is a prize for the winner of the league. So why couldn't LG support something like this? Like I said I don't know much about VG but I wouldn't believe they make anywhere near the kind of money LG makes. Foster alone pays off enough chat bans to support a teams winnings. There is so much money that flows through LG with chat bans league bans platinum memberships....why couldn't LG support a system like this? NHL is dead because Pro Series is dead. Let's change that.
