1. When/where can I change my offensive position? 2. As a young and growing league I personally believe that in atleast these first few seasons, we have there be no position lock. My only reason is that it might cause some complications for new owners/players. It's not that anyone is trying to sneak into the bidding under a different position, just that I think we should help make this, and upcoming seasons run as smoothly as possible.
