playbooks in league do we have to use our teams assigned playbook, or will the use of other playbooks be allowed for league games? i dont want to get too deep into the chiefs playbook if we ll be allowed to use others
im cool with that, just good to know what i should/shouldnt be working on it does keep the spirit of the league more than being able to use any plays. is that an official decision LD?
I know, I would like everyone to use thier teams playbooks, ex:I am the Bears so I use there playbook, it is only fair. You picked the team so you use everything about them.
Going to agree with MP on this one. It's one thing to say no custom playbooks, but not allowing a preset playbook.. there's really no reason for it, and it's not like using the Bucs playbook with the Bengels is going to make them better all of a sudden. I don't plan on wanting to use anything other than the Rams book, haven't even looked at any others, but I sure don't care if someone else is using my playbook. Big whoop.
I don't, I mean the way I see it, you have what you have, using a different playbook could be used as an advantage, so thats why I say stick with your teams.
big red has a fetish for the bucs playbook..it would totally screw him over...and i dont even think custom playbooks would be a problem unless there is some kinda "glitch" or "trick" play that comes up after this game being out for a while
It's not a huge deal... it's just when ur finally able to use custom playbooks online i think i will be a little better on Offense...im still very new to the Colts playbook whereas the Rams i always used in 2k3 so im pretty familiar with it
I think that the playbook should be an open thing because in a sense you are a coach of the team and you as a coach should have the right to use the plays that you feel can be executed the way that can make you competitive. Custom Playbooks yeah they are out without question since there is the divergence error but I would expect them to also be available if there were no errors.
I'm not into a dictatorship here, so if the majority of the players in the league want to use whatever playbooks they want, than thats cool.....I just thought it would be best and fair to stick with your own playbook.
Exactly denman it is the coaches job to make sure his team has the best chance to win the game. And if you know one teams playbook better then anothers then that is what you should use. It all comes down gameday and you still have to perform. and i dont think the playbook will dictate the winner or loser. It will just make some people feel better about there team.
