I paid for my game 3-4 months ago, my buddy who works at the store I ordered it from said I should get the special edition since I paid for it way ahead of time.
I'm afraid it would get all smudgy. Plus it won't match all my other games. I have about 25 or so, the SE would just stick out.
If it is like the demo I saw at EBGames, it is not tin and it is not shiny. It is silver, but a thicker plastic than normal (about 3-4 times thicker). And yes, it said Halo 2 on it and it also said special edition. Oh... the inside was black and the outside was silver in color.
the guy at my EB told me it's a metal tin with the game inside and other things. we will see when it comes out. Which one did u pre-order by the way?
I don't know what it's made out of, but it can 'dent' as some guy had posted a picture of one on another forum.
