    LG will find a way no matter what happens with NHL 16. One big positive about 16 not having legend cards is we don't have a few weeks to allow people to gain any progression, we can get started whenever the site and people are ready to go.

    Biggest help will be for goalies. Maybe more people will take a stab at it now they don't have to theoretically play 700 games to have their legend 3 in both skater and goalie. Should make scoring a little harder in all games if the goalie is half way competent. That is a big "if" though lol

    Well the inclusion of goalies again means I am coming back for NHL 16. This means my xbox1 might actually be used more than once a month now

    We did test this a bit, the defensive dman was able to intercept it more often than the other D, but the biggest thing was if you are right in the puck receivers face to bump him or collide with him he wasn't getting that puck.

    I am more curious about the actual physics of it. In old-gen, you can clearly see in replays the puck going through part of a skate, or the blade of the dman. It's cool that dman can more easily pick up those passes though.

    Actual physics I cannot say for sure. I didn't have a chance to watch replays or anything to see that stuff happening.

    They were not, I believe they didn't want that suction feeling anymore. We talked a bit about some ways to have net battles but I am not sure where they landed on that or exactly the direction they want to go with it.

    The whole concept of no tie ups and reduced puck pick-ups when a defender is in your face is going to change everything. sounds good.
