well if you give up like 8 base hits in a row your confidence will go down. If you give up a homer or two in the inning your confidence will go down.

The confidence meter could be interesting. I see it though as more of gimmicky feature that will be pasted on the back of the box.

LOL If you give up 8 base hits in a row or a 2 homer inning 8 times out of 10 you ill get pulled from the game anyways.

Was that Andy Petitte in pinstripes during the videoclip??? Sure hope they have a more accurate roster come game release. I guess its just a video they created months ago to create a little hype for the game. Then again, sega hasnt been very spot on with their rosters in any of the other games, so why should that change...LOL! Wonder if Rocket will be retired as well?

Typically they finalize the rosters about 2-4 weeks before the game is released, which would mean early to mid Feb.

So, any recent trades and FA signings should be in the game.

What they never get right (due to the nature of baseball and spring training) is the opening day rosters 100% accurate (especially bench players) and the order of the rotation (and sometimes who the #5 SP is).

No biggy, both of the online enabled games that we know if (ESPN and ASB) will have roster updates... the question will be if we can use them for online play.

They better allow changes in the starting lineup before the game unlike inside pitch.

If their willing to spend 40 million over 4 years for pudge and he goes there. Then he attract other talent to that team.

yeah, but there is no other talent really still sitting out to be taken outside of Maddux(little old in my opinion). But if they do get him, there aren't really any superstar's left to pickup after Pudge goes.
