Have you played online yet? I had a load of fun playing last years game offline, but I couldn't play online due to the lag.
Had a couple of my friends over to test the online leagues part of this game, and we really did have a blast playing it. As gamespot and others point out that there is no "killer" feature this year, but its the collective details that make this game really fun. We are doing the "Team 2k" this year so online play is a huge part of this years game , and after playing alot of games online, online plays near perfect. Oh and the online league web site this year will be second to none
That wasn't our studio (VC) who made the game so i haven't played it, Although im getting a bunch of copies and giving one away for members in the MLB 2k league

MLB '09 The Show's demo is coming out tomorrow on PS3. Any idea on when the MLB2k9 demo will be released?
