Manitoba Moose Scouting Games

MANITOBA MOOSE scouting games are NOW UNDERWAY!

The Manitoba Moose are looking for talented, defensive minded, positionally sound, cycle oriented, team players to join our team. If you think you have the skills to help us on our quest for AHL glory, please sign up!

Due to there not being any 6 v 6 lobbies yet, we will have to use club to hold our scouting games. There will be 2 clubs setup for scouting. The club names will be Moose A and Moose B. Club A(Away team) will be scouted by me, Deadsoul_Rising. Club B(Home Team) will be scouted by doundansticky. Please be sure to send either of us a friend request depending on which team you are confirmed for. We are looking at ALL positions. Goaltending and defense are the main focus though for most of our camps.​

Please be advised, our scouting camps will only be open to A and V status players. Prospects are not eligible to play in the AHL full time. We thank all those who sign up, and look forward to seeing what you can do!​

There have been a number of people signing up for games who are prospects, and therefore, are not eligible for full time AHL call up. Unfortunately, we will not be able to scout those players since we are looking for amateur or veteran status players who are able to fill our roster full time. If you are unsure of your current status, here is the link to the rules which will help you determine your current player status. 2.1 : Understanding Player Statuses

Each player in the league is assigned a player status based on their career games. The statuses assigned also determine the eligibility of each player.

Prior to bidding starting, each player will have their status adjusted based on the games played in the season previous to the current bidding session.

Players statuses are not live updated during the course of a season. Below lists the criteria required for a player to change status' which only occurs at the beginning of the season prior to bidding going live.

2.2 : Veteran Status (V)

Any Player that has played twenty-seven games or more in the LGHL is considered a veteran player.

Veteran Players are eligible for NHL, AHL, and the CHL Draft.

Veteran Players must clear waivers when being sent down between Leagues.

2.2 : Amateur Status (A)

Any player whom has completed fifteen games in the LGCHL or 10 games in the LGAHL but has yet to complete twenty-seven games in the LGHL is considered an amateur player.

Amateur players are waiver exempt when being sent from the LGHL to the LGAHL, but will have to clear waivers when being sent down from the LGAHL.

All player's drafted in the NHL Entry draft are considered Amateur players.

2.3 : Prospect Status (P)

Any player whom is brand new to the league or has yet to complete fifteen games in the LGCHL or has yet to complete ten games in the LGAHL is considered a prospect player.

Prospect players are waiver exempt.

Prospect players are the only players eligible for the NHL entry Draft.

There will be a limited number of camps between now and bidding day (Oct.9 @9pm est). Please sign up and read the description to see what positions we will be scouting. This week we will be focusing on LW, C, RW, RD and G. If you are signed up to play any of those positions, we invite you to join us for our tryout camps (A and V status players only please). We look forward to seeing you there!

il take time for saying ,,, we are a good group of poeple and this organization guys, will be probably the best Organisation ill never seen before so... its important to knows RESPECT between player is important and we wins togheter so we loose TOGHETER too!!! NO rage quitter , structure is the big Plan , and No STRESSING Motion during game ,,, MORE IMPORTANT, IS WARMUP GAME before every Game.
