Madden 2004 Impressions...

For sure. Owning your own business, being your own boss, and being self employed is the ONLY way to go. Why work for someone else and make them all the money?

 

Thats what my dad does..he is self employed.

 

Really... My mom has given her heart and soul to keeping a non-profit company alive these last 2 years. And what does she get? The lazy board members blame their problems on her and won't fess up to their mistakes. Im probably going to be without a computer for awhile because of this :cry: .

 

Not sure how that relates to being self employed and owning your own company, but that sucks if you're going to lose your computer.

You said that being self employed was the way to go, i agree, that was an example of what happens when you work for other people.

 

Oh, gotcha.

 

Because maybe you have to start out that way to get experience to run your own place. Thats what I did.

 

After playing Madden for a week. I can say, I cant wait for ESPN 2k4 to come out. Dont get me wrong, Madden 04 is good in its on way, but I expected more out of the game, especially on Defense. The defensive players react slow on passing plays. The DB's, R just plain dumb eve when you pick the perfect play for the situation. On the lob passes, its either hit or miss. You either catch it or its an INT. I hate that the DB's knock the ball down, and then it bounces off people for a little bit, then finally it winds up in the Defenders arms for a DB. I mean the point of batting down a pass if for it to go stright to the ground, not to bounce around from the defender to the, WR, back to the defender and finally intercepted. To me thats just dumb.

It seems as if the offense has been tweaked for the better but the Defense is just STUPID.. my 2$

 

There are waaaay too many INT's. First thing you have to do with this game is crank the INT slider for the human and CPU way down.
