LGAHL Bidding STEALS

Hey everyone,

This list will be for everyone in bidding, no resigns or dps. Also left out the bias of putting players from the Barracuda. Big shoutout to @VVaGs82 for doing the Xbox side.


Steals
XBOX LW’s
1. Giroux TEX 750k- Giroux tore up the ECHL and is doing well in Caps this season. Texas is a good team and Giroux is a good player.
2. Marcoux l14l COL 750k- The sniper formerly known as DeltaR4nt is very likely to score 40+ on high flying offense.
3. Badulov GRG 750k- Badulov just won the Calder with Laval and somehow got a paycut… absolute steal.

XBOX C’s

1. HTH94- SPR 750k- Hockey Town Hero has the thumbs and hockey sense to be the steal of bidding… high risk, high reward.
2. BigJay x89- IOW 750k- BigJar is longtime vet with tons of NHL experience. Great value on a solid team.
3. VVaGs82- BPT 750k-I included myself because this is my lame attempt at regaining any remaining ego after getting 1 bid. Also, because it will be true and I’m writing this segment..

XBOX RW’s

1. Codinov- CGY 750k- Codi doesn’t have a lot to show statistically but I played club with him, he’s great. High IQ and quick thumbs.
2. JackD00P- CHA 1 mil- As he often reminds us, he’s a former VHL Hart Trophy Winner coming off a 30 goal campaign and with his partner in crime Boz, I expect a repeat.
3. l Volcom x 28 l- LHV 1.5 mil- Volky is a NHL caliber goal scorer on what expects to be a good team. Cook, cook my son.

XBOX LD’s

1. Guru x 26- RFD 1 mil- Tore up the ECHL last season and was a part of one of my favorite teams ever that I managed. I’d have paid 4 mil in this bidding for him.
2. Bakerx8- ONT 750k- This guy has strung together back to back stellar seasons. 1 in the CHL and went to the Calder Finals last season. I’m stumped on why he was a min bid.
3. Botswana_Dad13 (Grandpa Jagr)- BPT 750k- slipped through bidding by using his PSN tag but make no mistake, this is an XBOX steal. Long time dman with success at several levels.

XBOX RD’s

1.Colonel20- IOW 1 mil- My favorite Newfie and as steady as she goes on D. Colonel20 has been a stud on many great teams and I see good things from Iowa this season.
2. JTRv91- CHA 750k- No doubt will be a steal reuniting with last season linemates from Cleveland. JTR is a Madden enthusiast and surefire 750k steal.
3. Gongshxw- TOR 1.5 mil- Stanley Cup Winner and long time NHL dman. He got stuck on some bad NHL teams and suffered recently but at this price, I expect him to dominate the AHL.

XBOX G’s

1. l Shaner l- ROC 750k- Shaner will steal games. He’s a stud in net, this was a great low key pickup by Clutch and Barks.
2. Matthewsl34l- TEX 1 mil- I’ve had the pleasure of playing some games with Matthews for Break The Cycle in Caps, never seen him give up a goal that he should’ve saved. He’s a rock.
3.StillAlive06/ Patchedthe1- CHI 1.75 mil combined- I argued with myself on who was a better steal so I combined them both here. There will be a great goalie battle in Chicago this season.



PSN LW

1. Skt_Shady CHI 750k - Used to grind chel a ton if he can get back to what he used to be this will be an unreal contract.
2. Buckybear88 HFD 750k - Definitely a good player and solid contract , can get toxic at times so I can see why it's so cheap.

PSN C

1. Primetimme CVF 1.75m- Old Old Gen guy , been in LG awhile… Knows how to play the game and is a pretty useful guy to any team.
2. Holland98x TUC 2.5m - Solid scorer , tends to hold on to the puck a bit so needs defensive wingers/ playmakers

PSN RW

1. Kash-647 HEN 750k - Solid bid, high level goal scorer when with the right people can really go off.
2. Dr-budheavy TUC 1mil - Underrated winger that can playmake and score, Pretty sure he's also a 2 pinger? Can someone confirm

PSN LD

1.M4TRiX_SN1P3R ABT 2.75m - NHLer last season that was on a rough leafs team, although this contract is higher than most on this list I really like this contract.
2. Jamie14benn14 CHI 750k - My guy jamie benn finally gets a good contract on a good team again. Excited to see what he could do.

PSN RD

1. Darkl79l TUC 750k - Really cheap contract for a 1/2nd line RD , his last season he played was on PSN in which he ended the season short.
2. Bruggzypoo TUC 750k- Bruggzy used to be a very solid and reliable dman has had quite a few 15+ win seasons on PSN, if he can return to that form it's a great contract.

PSN G

1. AGoonFromHell MIL 750k- Used to be an NHL goalie , if he played the game in the slightest bit I'm sure he is still good.
2. TerryOh CVF 1.25m- A little more expensive than most but he does play the game quite a bit and brings the vibes , I’m sure he’ll be up there in goalie rankings by end of the season.

Let me know what you guys think, if I/VVags left anyone off or added someone that shouldn't be. I am going to drop the BUSTS of bidding tomorrow stay tuned...
