Improved Competitive NHL23 ELO Drafts

With the LGHL Bidding going on right now, this is the perfect moment to talk about this.

Our main goal in our Discord NOW is to bring the top-end talent in our Newly created Competitive side for elo.

Not everyone can be in the comp side:

HOW DOES COMP APPLICATIONS WORK?: There will be a voting section Hosted by @Flinnur and the @Competitive Committee. @Competitive Committee will decide which names will be voted on. All players with the @Competitive Elo role will be able to vote on each player put on the board.
People who got a bid for LG S43 will automatically be approved.*
