How to Trade with Mamba

I figured with the lack of threads lately I'd spice it up a bit. With the recent trades tonight I feel i should share some tips.
But first ill show trades ive made.

Colorado: kq31 1st for fullthrottle

Dallas: lol hayes manship ooassiasin pick for eastons bbk oso kylebrr

And obviously any trades done this season you saw in cheifs thread check it out well done.

All owners who have talked trades with me know im straight to the point, i offer something i think is fair for both
Squads. Its not always about winning trades to a point... some owners I will say are probably next to impossible to trade with..

We all have players who say fuck you your(yes your cause most lgers including me forget what Grammer is) an idiot yaddy Yada and ask for a trade does not mean I'm going to let myself get traped.. I'll take the best deal possible. I've had offers for 3rd liners for some of my best players and I don't even know what to say, and they honestly I bet think it's fair.

Though I will say this. If someone is really nice to me and says hey Alex I wanna be moved man not doing well here/not fitting in well with the guys anything really im gunnar be like fuck it dude no worries man where would u like to play, I'll hit those teams up and see what they can do and work it out so that both teams win. Even if it's a downgrade player with a pick cool.
Now if this said player is my best player, the obviously I'm going to make sure I get the same quality back. Or clear cap and take picks.

Never feel pressured to have to make a move. Weds to sun is along time to have a lot of chats and the biggest pointer is knowing every players value. Ex. Player is on a nice resign cont for cheap and is worth lots if was in bidding or ex. Guy is over priced, it's always about knowing how much each person is worth.
Formula: 1st liner = 3mil up
2nd liner = 1-3 mill
3rd liner = 500k-1mill
Next step is knowing if they are a high end or low end liner.
Ex. Tendy is a high end first liner, kstiding is a low end first liner.

Both are first liners but their skill gap is still obviously different.
Just a matter of knowing how good everyone is and of your downgrading to make sure you aren't doing 1 for 1s and hurting your teams chances.

End of the day I have people's happiness in my hands and whether you believe it or not being on a bad team sucks. So do your teams a favor be a great person make your team laugh and don't make stupid deals that will only piss off more of your team.

Me going to chicago from nsh and then eliminating them in playoffs

Bidding opens: *mamba bids on rancher*

2 minutes after bidding opens: "oh shit.. that's not the right rancher.. fuck"

Goalies honestly is tough, because for a starting goalie I've seen guys 500k do just as good as guys 2mill. But consistent proformances is what gets Goalies paid.
Trading Goalies I'd say ex. If I have doublezero I'm not going to trade him for a goalie who has a 70 save %

Little things with Goalies as well do they hold their short side I know some Goalies known for not holding it and would have lower value.

Top tier Goalies usually sit at 2 mill
Middle tier 1-2
Backup tier 500k
