I haven't really utilized the broadcasting feature with twitch on the Xbox until recently, and ran into a little bit of a road block that hopefully someone who streams more can help solve. I have gone through the process a few times of making sure all the setting were set to broadcast, and have been able to stream the LG games the last few nights without issues. People are able to join/view the stream on twitch, but the broadcast is not saving to my "past broadcasts" once I end it. Does anyone have a potential fix for this problem? I've already uninstalled/reinstalled the app, and have re-verified the account after following their troubleshooting forum for issues on Xbox. Still no success. Thanks in advance
You need to log into your twitch account and go i to your settings no? I believe theres a box you check off to save your broadcasts
Nice! I didn't have that option on my phone when I was troubleshooting. I made the adjustment on the twitch site, so hopefully it fixes it tonight.
Does anyone know if the past broadcasts disappear over time or if they are stored somewhere? I was also having that issue frost. I would like to help the chl players gain visibility from NHL and AHL management for future seasons by playing games with them and saving broadcasts.
They disappear after 30 days I believe (or 60 days if you have a Turbo Twitch account), but if you link your YouTube account to twitch you can export past broadcasts to YouTube.
