Halo 3 Rules and Settings

Welcome to Halo 3 Season 1

This thread is a work in progress. It will be updated as needed.

Wanted to welcome everyone to Season 1 of the Halo 3 league. Season 1 will be 5 weeks long and consist of 2 teams. Its going to be short because of the hollidays that are up and coming. Season 2 we will look at expanding and hopefully be bringing in 2 more teams and have a longer season.

Rules

• The biggest part of being in a team league is to participate in the matches and not only participate by playing the game, but by participating in posting in your private team section. Also, be sure to check back here regularly so you dont miss out on settings for the week and updates on the league.

• Have curtiosy for the members in the league, if you have a problem with a match or something that someone did, dont bash them on the forums, bring it up to your team captain and it will be handled with the proper authority.

• Glitching will NOT be tollerated at all in any league play. If you are cought glitching, you will be removed from the league. I hope it doesnt come to that, but we all know that Halo is plenty of glitches to exploit, just dont use them.

Matches

• Firday Night match 10 pm est
• Saturay Night match 10 pm est
• Sunday Night match 10 pm est

Settings

Team Slayer - Snipers, Rockets, Swords, etc
Team Capture the Flag - Offense/Defense
Team Assault
Team Oddball
Team King of the Hill

Maps and objectives would alternate from week to week. 5 matches on each map, first to 5 wins. 5 total maps per room.

EXAMPLE

Room 1 Week 1 would play

Oddball (Map1)
Capture the Flag (Map 2)
Oddball (Map 3)
Capture the Flag (Map 4)
Slayer (Map 5)


SCHEDULE

First would like to say that this is going to be a short season due to the fact of the holidays that are up and coming, I know alot of people are going to be on vacation and such with familys during these times. But next season will be longer and more fulling, this is just the appetatizer.

Remember, these are weekend matches, starting on Friday night Saturday Night and Sunday night to accomidate for everyones schedule.

Week 1 - Nov 9th
Week 2 - Nov 16
Week 3 - Nov 30
Week 4 - Dec 7th
Week 5 - Dec 14th

Question: Are you guys moving this forum over with the rest of the 'current' leagues at the site? Hard for new people to find this forum for some reason.
