I want to find out what items people would like to have in order to create a "Nirvana" Experience while gaming. One Catch, it already has to be created. It doesn't have to be a console accessory, it could be the ultimate cup holder, whatever. If you want it, link a picture to it and kinda give a ballpark figure of what it would cost. Try to keep it realistic, but if you have to post 4+ digit price tags, then so be it.

For one, I would like a good cockpit chair for driving games.

299.99 (I am seriously considering this one for when Rallisport 2 comes out. Though I may be able to build it cheaper, just love the design.)

That would be really cool if they would make it with a gear shift and clutch so that there could be so real simulation going.

They need to make one of those racing wheels standard. Then I'd buy one for sure!

It wouldn't be hard to make your own.

50$ - simple welder from home depot
??$ - square tubing, round tubing, and metal plate
    50$ - basic racing seat

knowledge of how to do right the first time and not screw up the welding? priceless.

I think it is a really cool concept. But I would never spend $300 on a hunk of steel!

woob, racing seats are a lot more than $50. You could always go to a junkyard and find a nice car seat though.

How about that new game steel Battalion that has the 40 button controler that comes with it. The game and control cost 199.99. Here is the link to the xbox.com review of it. Think this one will be worth the money? This isnt even live enabled :(

here is a pic of the controller

there is a new version of game coming out that is live enabled. I am not sure how they are going to distribute the software (xbox live download?) to the people who have already bought the game.

I would go get it immediately, but wifey won't let that controller in the house. So, now I am building a secret compartment in the closet of my gameroom and am also installing a deadbolt on door so she can't see me playing.

I saw a japanese video that showed 5 people playing online with it, it looked totally sweet!
