    Can we stop giving ST's clean sheets? I think GK, OB, CB, and DM should get clean sheets....

    Didn't see it as a huge issue. It helps for DMs (Yes I know, they don't technically get them). We only never touched it because it was an extra stat to help figure out awards for DMs. I could have this fixed if you all want it.

    Yea I think DMs should still get them. But with the clean sheet stat reaching across everyone, it's hard to tell who the real defensive forces are.

    A separate GK CS category would be nice too, but I'm not going to push it lol

    This was brought up I believe 2 seasons ago. Basically I stated that DMs should get clean sheets (since the word defensive is in their name) but I believe someone called me an idiot for thinking that. Regardless, other leagues give DMs credit for CS and it definately helps determine which DM is playing well. CS in general are a team effort but if forwards and attacking mids were excluded from receiving CS it would help easier determine which players are defensive players (DM,OB,CB,GK) and which aren't. In terms of seperating CSs for defensive field players and GKs, I feel like that isn't as big as an issue as forwards and attacking mids getting CS. Thoughts??

    My thoughts are that I do not miss MackEH bitching about something after every issue of Extra Time :D

    Seriously tho, I believe DMs should get clean sheets because they play a primarily defensive role. Mids and forwards don't need them and I wouldn't oppose dropping that stat.

    Lol please don't make this more complicated than it has to be. They don't play defense on a consistent basis like the positions named above.
