Vote on your season 4 all star game. There will need to be a second thread to fit Columbus both NY teams and Philly so owners of those teams please send me ur teams all star nominations. We will also have a management selection for both all star teams.

So All Star voting is essentially a popularity contest?

 

No stats to see how every bodies done? Close game goals/assist, positions, or clean sheets. Something to make it not about I don't know anybody else except my teammates.

Would really help if this were broken down positionally, or included stats, anything. I've never heard of most of these guys/girls (no offense), so some sort of additional info would be incredibly useful.

Also, what is this....like 3 options from each team? Again, feels more like a popularity contest than any actual All Star lineup.

Alright gents. My apologies for not chiming in earlier ...and for the additional delay without much communication if any to the community regarding major changes to the all star games and selection process.

Thank you to marino swag for taking initiative and doing what he could with thus dropped on his lap literally.

In a nutshell I agree I have dropped the ball on this one. I have my reasons but I am not one for accepting excuses..even my own...as justification for what has resulted.

With that said...to ensure we are having an all star game with qualified all stars...even if moved , and changed in selection process...an All Star committee has been formed headed by [MENTION=7667]Brisan66[/MENTION]. Thank you for the initiative.Those involved are reputable, ethical, and have had a positive noticeable impact thus far during this season. Thank you to each of you.

Selection will be within the committee for both teams. There will be only 1 game, not 2 and it will be Sunday Sept 13 @8:30 pm est.

Shortly after the originally scheduled date of the all star game we were able to get some of the stats system back up and working. We are pushing still to have the filter by position working asap to help in the selection process...but at this point I cannot guarantee that will happen.

With that said, those of you who mock the process of developing an all srar game, or the efforts to improve the league and site....reconsider the mockery you make of yourselves. I am not saying this to retaliate or lash out at our community or its members. I am saying that you are a part of this league. You make yourself what you are and we as a whole make up what we are.

At the end of the day, we want you to be a part of it. You will be left by the way side in due time unless your own contributions are made.

Yes, there will be things that we do not handle properly or creatively at first. But I guarantee you that ALL obstacles will be overcome. My applause goes to those who put in the effort, time to get us where we are and where we are going ...and ignore the the adversity we face. That goes for players that show up too...despite your teammates, management, lack of tools, staff or any other obstacle. Thank you for being involved and active.

This all star game is meant as a representation of our league and for the most deserving in the league. I congratulate everyone selected in advance. You're writing history !!
