    They didn't make games when I was growing up, we lived it in the streets. Would not have been a good game with only 6 teams to choose from anyway. Had to wait until I got old to take up video games. First hockey I played was on a TurboGrafix 16, because pong didn't count.

    NHL 92 doesn't exist. NHL 94 was the first one. Blades of Steel and Ice Hockey preceded them. But I started with Blades of Steel then NHL 94- now minus a year or 2 along the way

    The memories;
    Having to walk 50km up hill, in 30 foot snow while fighting -40C 100km wind blizzard, just to play a game of EA NHL Hockey.. lol

    First EA was 92(Pittsburgh and Minnesota domninated the game lol).... it was EA NHL no year increment .... then came EA NhLPA '93... after that they started the NHL'94 and so on.... but I am old as fk... I played the Nintendo ICe Hockey, the Blades of Steel ...
    but back then we played more on the street then inside tbh

    Was probably Blades of Steel in the mid 90's. The first one I really remember playing a lot was I think nhl 95 on sega. I remember that if you won the cup you got a code for that team that you could put in and instantly be in the cup final. So you tried to win the cup with every team and write down those codes. Ahhh simpler times. :D
    * Also you could skate across crease and gino snipe far side every time.

    Blades of Steel / Ice Hockey on NES. I wouldn't been maybe 5 or 6 years old. The first hockey game I remember playing a lot was NHL94 on SNES. Used to play it all the time.
