Hey Everyone, I have had a ton of people messaging me individually asking what happened and why I stepped down as Owner, especially since I have been in Management since Season 2 without any issues at all. My family and I found out that my mom's health has taken a worse turn than we expected and she needs my wife and I around to help her out a lot more than she has previously. Her kidneys are 95% failed and she needs to be put on dialysis 5 days a week at home in hopes that she will eventually be able to get a transplant, unfortunately with her being a smoker her chances are greatly decreased for getting one. This all on top of us working and raising our 4 month old daughter. If I could've made this work, I absolutely would've done everything I could to make this season run smoothly and get everyone to have a great time but I do not believe I would be available enough to dedicate myself to this 100% and could be out of communication for extended periods of time which is not what any team in this league deserves. If I were just a player, it may have been easier since all you have to do is show up for 3 games a week...but as management we all know that is not what is expected from us at that level. I understand that with this comes both a multi-season ban as well as being put on the no-management-list for a certain amount of time and that is fine because I truthfully do not believe I would be able to do management again with all that is going on. Thank you for all the good times and all the friends that I have made while playing in this league, it will forever be appreciated. Do what you gotta do Jlott. The 2 season ban isnt that bad and actually a nice break from the league. It will be here when you get back. Prayers are with you and your mom.
