Team Chat - Push Notification Update

Updated the "Team Chat" push notification service.

I've added 3 options that you would get a push notification to your phone

1. Only get "Game Time" notifications (default)
2. All (was old default) (but not from 12am-7am est)
3. Turn off

So the new option "Game time", means you will only get a notification to your phone if a game is within 2 hours of being played. ie If you need a last minute sub. This is the default option and most suggested.

To change your setting simply go into the app > LGHL/CHL > Team Chat > Settings
