sorry that albany scooped you up dave, would have liked to have you in utica. i suspect you got claimed by them because they, [MENTION=9503]swiss97[/MENTION] , was attempting to screw me over. unfortunately for them by claiming you they have made their roster ineligible and should be considered for league discipline . so i would like to add [MENTION=9503]swiss97[/MENTION] to the snake list.

 

Correct me if I'm wrong and this has changed, but after a claim is placed don't you have to either have an open roster spot or put somebody on waivers to open a roster spot to be able to make that claim eligible? Or was it that after making a claim you have 24h to correct your roster?

Also, Albany will now forfeit all of their games that they win (if they win) due to ineligible roster. 1.25m over cap AND 1 player over cap. That move was really thought out huh? G fawking G.

Albany now has to waive one of their best 2 D-men Ashes or Watergun to correct the cap situation and 7D situation because they can't waive Dave right away without him playing 3 games. Solid move by @swiss97 and @marino swag to bone their D-core. Get your claim button ready GMs!

 

Apparently the 3 game rule isn't in place anymore. As seen by all the other dolt GMs who have claimed players and then immediately put them back on waivers trying to bolster their TC

Incoming suspension to Albany management, as the claim was won at 8:53pm and they still at this moment haven't corrected their roster.

Edit: Tiddus the fun-killer has informed me it isn't a rule, which is dumb. Next time I GM I'm going claim happy to fuck people below me.

Probably because you had neither the roster space, nor the cap space for said player unless you're unloading your best D on waivers which would be . Unless you plan on pulling a Providence and playing the week over-cap and with an ineligible roster, forfeiting every game, then being suspended for a week.

PS: That move you just made with Always High doesn't help much you're still over the D limit and were last night.
