      4. Game times : Whenever you can

      5. Trade deadline : Day before Week 4 begins.
    2. Team Management Breakdowns
      1. Owners : As an Owner you are the True Manager of your team. All decisions should be brought to you before being enforced by your Managerial team. You are in charge of making sure the Managers are acting in the interests of your team, it's members, and the LGBA as a whole entity. General Managers and Owners should be doing scouting games up until the draft. League Management will keep you informed and you will make sure your team stays informed, and is informed of how leaguegaming works. Must have the Groupme App before signing up. Must have open communication with League Management and other owners.

      2. General Managers : As a General Manager you are the man all members should come to first. You are expected to help your Owner enforce the league rules and guidelines and make sure all members are following the rules. You should be keeping track of member issues and listening to the needs and concerns of your AGM. Should be running scouting games up until the draft. You're in charge of ensuring that your team members are knowledgeable in LGBA's rules. General Manager’s are chosen before the bidding/draft window.

      3. Assistant General Manager : As an Assistant General Manager you are expected to be responsible for game day issues. Your primary responsibility is to make sure that game days run smoothly and you bring issues to your General Manager. The Assistant General manager is chosen after the bidding process is fully completed and you have a team. You choose this player from your team’s pool of players.

    2. Game Night Set-Up & Expectations:

    1. Basics:
      1. Game Nights : Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday

      2. Game Start Times : 9pm and 10 pm est.
    2. Lineups must be set by 8 pm est on the night of games.

    3. Members may participate in a maximum amount of games of 5.
      1. Management positions may be confirmed for 5 games but play in 6 if a last second replacement is needed and a TC player is not available.
        1. This is to give all members a chance to play.

        2. League Admin’s must be informed.
      2. Players must sign up originally as the position they will play.

      3. Special cases may arise where an exception can be made but League Admins must be informed and permission requested before continuing.
        1. If we have complaints from training camp players regarding their involvement with team lacking, you will not be allowed to play an extra game that week
          1. This is to ensure you are trying to get them involved.
      4. Training Camp(TC) players may play in a maximum of 4 games a week.
        1. TC players must sign up for at least one game a week
          1. If they don’t sign up for one game in a week an action centre should be filed.

          2. If this continues they should be removed.
        2. If a TC player does play in 4 games they must be moved up to the Starting Lineup before the next week’s games.
    4. You must have an accurate “MOC.” This member of management is responsible for:
      1. Having the opposing MOC on his Friends List so he can send the invite in a timely manner.

      2. Having a Mycourt up by 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

      3. Having all players in that MyCourt.

      4. Handling TC fill-ins if needed.

      5. Making lineup adjustments and filing action centre reports on players who did not show up for games.

      6. Taking pictures of post game stats.

      7. The MOC is not solely responsible for stat input. It is the Owner’s responsibility to make sure they get done either by them, or whoever he delegates.
        1. It is the Owner’s responsibility to hold members accountable.
    5. All MOC’s are required to join a party with the other MOC so we know who has 5 players and will be participating that ngiht
      1. They should be in a party by 10 minutes prior to start time.
    6. Lag-Outs/Players Dropping:
      1. If a player is having connection issues during lobby set up immediately begin to find a replacement player(s) to be prepared if needed.

      2. If a player lags out in the 1st 2 minutes of the 1st quarter, all players will quit and the lobby will be restarted.
        1. Hit the “start” button on your controller and take a screenshot of the players still in game for proof they dropped.
      3. After 2 minutes, games will be played out if a player lags out.

      4. If 2 players lag out that team forfeits. Games can be played out for stats but if any players want to quit they may do so without without league discipline.
        1. If this occur in the final 4 minutes of a game

        2. Hit the “start” button on your controller and take a screenshot of the players still in game for proof they dropped.

        3. Teams from the forfeiting loss team and/or winning team may utilize this.

        4. Players who quit due to the game already being a forfeit may request that the winning team not enter stats.
    7. Stats :
      1. Stats must be entered by 9 pm est the following day. Failure to do so will result in progressive discipline.

      2. Winning team is responsible for inputting all stats and also inputting the team comparison stats.
        1. We tried doing stats with each team entering stats and it was too much for management to track

        2. It’s always recommended for both teams and multiple members to take photos.
      3. 3 pictures are required.
        1. Team Post Game stats

        2. Box Score
          1. Both of i & ii are found before you leave the game.
        3. Gamertag Associated stats.
          1. This is the screen after you leave the team-up game and it shows the gamertag breakdown. Box Score will also be found here.
      4. Stats are ultimately the Owner’s responsibility to be completed.
        1. He may assign them to whichever manager is on call or willing.

        2. If this player fails to input stats it is expected the owner do an action centra on them.

        3. If an owner has no proof showing that a certain player was responsible for them, the action centre falls on themselves.
      5. Forfeits:
        1. If a team forfeits for any action the winning team will enter a score of 2-0 for that game.

        2. All players need to be set to “DNS” so it does not affect per game averages.

      1. Fridays we will hold a TC Draft. This draft is to help lesser teams acquire a player to help their team.

All Owners, GM's or AGM's who will be hosting games.

You will be required to join a game night party chat on Xbox live to verify that you have your team on the court and ready. These will be hosted by either Bingo King or myself. Also if guys get on earlier than us you are more than welcome to start a party prior to tipoff and invite other hosts.

Refresh your court a few minutes prior to tipoff, to do this you will search for a game while your team is at middle court without any balls and quit out of that search immediately.

Also don't forget to change your team name to LGBA Pistons, Pelicans, Lakers, etc.. So we all know who we matched up against.

    Thanks
