Online League

I'm game. Bucs or Rams

 

I'm out. Too much on my plate this week. I need to get some NHL games in (hopefully the server will cooperate). Thanks for the invite but you guys will have to get your wins another way :wink:

 

we need 2 more for a 10 man league. Maybe The GENESIS , or someone else will be interested. I am so curious to see how it is. So far the registration I don't like it so far, but we will see.

 

I'll play. There might be one week that I won't be able to play though due to the 3 day time span. My younger sister is getting married on 10/16 and I'm in the wedding. With the rehearsal and actual wedding, that's two days that I'm occupied. Anyway, if that's cool with everyone, I'll play.

I'll take the Rams unless XBJ wants them. If he does, I'll take the Chiefs

 

How do you get to the league site? I cant find it on the EA site. Trying to find out who is available.

 

striker, I'm having the same problem. That's why I had to post here letting them know I was interested. Windless said he invited everyone in the league, but I've yet to find out where you get invites at :?

 

First go to EASports.com (Log in if it doesn't automatically do it for you. Mine does) I am assuming you have already signed up for Premium League Pass (Its free this year)

Click the drop down memu at the top that says Football and then select Madden 2005 from the drop down.

When you get to the madden page move your mouse over the My EA Sports online link in the middle bar and you should see a drop down that says Web Leagues. Select that

and then then on the search for leagues section select advanced search. Type in LG Test and it will come up.

At least that is the steps I toook.

What part are you guys having troubles with?

 

I can't get the league to show up. I've typed in LG TEST, LG test, LG Test, etc. and nothing ever shows up.

 

Oh Jeebus, you'll never believe this one. I couldn't find it because of my browser. I used IE and it came right up :?

It didn't search correctly with Firefox. Strange :?

Yep you gotta watch those secondary browsers. Many sites don't program for them at all. I have run into similar issues with Mozilla on this site for instance

But yeah, I do have problems with some sites, but haven't had a problem with EASports.com until now. I signed up for my Premium Pass, linked my gamertag, etc. using Firefox.

I'm trying to get the site to come up now. EASports is loading very slowly for me right now.

*EDIT* I'm in with the Rams! XBJ, let me know if that's cool. If not, I'll jump out and rejoin with the Chiefs

 

Okay, I've joined both.

Now where do we find these in the game now that we've added them on their website?

 

XBJ, I don't know. Maybe it won't show up until the league is formed. Hopefully you don't have to challenge through the website like we were just talking about.

As an added note, Firefox does work with the easports website. For some reason, I was logged in, but not logged in completely. Not worth explaining Basically I was logged in as jujimum, but still had to click "jujimum" to be completely logged in. Very strange.

 

I havent checked yet but once you join a league it should show in your "online events".

We have 6 in the LG 10 league can we get 4 more? So we can try it out? Anyone?
