Hello everyone, I am having an issue with my connection and have gone through a bunch of steps and processes found all over the place but nothing has worked so I am wondering if someone will know of a solution. In NHL 17 I keep getting failed to retrieve data when searching for an online game on a wired connection only. I would prefer to stay wired connection and every other game works fine. What I know: - When searching for a game, at least once it was finding an opponent but wasn't putting me in the jersey screen. I know this because someone kept messaging me to play and stop quitting even though I told him I couldn't even see that we matched up. - When I switch to wireless connection everything works fine with matchmaking. - I have opened the ports requested from Xbox and NHL 17 which didn't change anything. Anyone have any idea what is going on?
