Mayweather Vs. McGregor

Some guy on Reddit suggested that if the fight makes it to round 10 (or whatever arbitrary round), the fight rules should switch to MMA.

This way Mayweather would actually have to try to end the fight before said round, instead of running around the whole time.

I disagree i think mcgregor has shot to finish within first 3 round if he does not well be has high chance to loose. Mayweather bad trouble vs southpaw like conor and conor has really powerfull left hand if he connect flohd will be in trouble. I followed mcgregor career and he put a lot of pressure following his opponent never seen anyone avoiding mcgregor shot on first 2 round ever. So that fight will be interesting. Conor maybe gonna get reckt but still dangerous for floyd. Mcgregor winz with tko in mma with lighter glove now he will have boxing glove he only gonna hit harder.

He's gotten rocked a few times in his career, it's going to happen to every boxer. Those times he got rocked he recovered quick though. He doesn't get hit much so people don't know it but he has a good chin.

Don't compare MMA fighters to boxers. Those guys are strikers, not boxers.

McGregor is not a chump but he is at a huge disadvantage. He has the first two rounds to knock Mayweather out.

I paid the $100 for that eventhough I knew Mayweather was going to win by decision. I like boxing, more than MMA, and I enjoy Mayweather's defensive skill. Watching nothing happen for 12 rounds every fight gets old though.

I immediately told myself I won't pay for this and watch some shitty stream but I know I'll pussy out and buy it.

However, as a boxing fan, Mayweather is the only boxer left that gets people talking boxing. Triple G is great but no one cares. People want to see Mayweather get knocked the fuck out so they care about his fights. He's great at self promotion.

For those of you in your early 20's, it's a shame you didn't get to see all the classics or Tyson when he was smashing people. This is all you get when it comes to boxing.

After Mayweather is finally done all we will have are youtube videos from the Golden Age of Heavyweights and the Rocky movies.
