The season 13 draft is scheduled:

Sunday January 8th, 2017 @ 8pm central.

This will be done through Leaguegaming.com right through this forum. It will appear under the chat box I believe (I haven't used it since the forum move).

No it's reverse of team draft. I'll edit that up there though
