LGHL(NHL-AHL-CHL, Xbox and PSN), LGFA, and ESHL Events Participation and Quitting Policy For over ten years, LeagueGaming has delivered the most authentic, competitive, and fun simulation of professional sports offered to the world of gaming. The website and Leagues continue to grow and innovate each and every season! A large part of the success had here on LG is due to the dedication of the members! Moving forward, LG is now going to implement a new "Participation and Quitting" Policy that will pertain to any LG-sanctioned event. The purpose of this new policy is to deliver fair and pre-determined punishments in relationship to player removal. The new sign-up feature for every League on LG will have a required check box. That check box is to indicate that the player has read and understood this new policy. As LG grows, this new policy becomes extremely important to ensure that each League can be successful without being completely dependent on one another. The Administration Team here on LG does encourage our members to play as many Leagues as their time can allow but we also hold our members to their commitments. The dedication of each League's Staff, League Owners, and Managers are extremely important in the eyes of the Administration team, therefore this new policy reflects our dedication to those who volunteer so much of their personal time to ensure our League functions as well as possible. This policy MUST be agreed on prior to being eligible to sign up for a League. Season Ban Punishments When issued a ban from an official LG League or event, a site member becomes INELIGIBLE to sign for any additional leagues until that ban expires. Further more if a site member is signed up for multiple official LG Leagues or Events, and is issued a ban from one or more of those Leagues, that ban is SPECIFIC to the league in which the player was removed from! It DOES NOT remove a player from ANOTHER League they are currently involved in! The only exception to the above rule is if a seasonal ban is accompanied by a site ban! Site bans will remove a user's eligibility from all LG Events and Leagues EXCEPT if the member is participating in a paid event. Below are the official League Seasonal Ban Punishments and their criteria: One Season Bans Issued in the LGCHL, for training camp players whom are deemed inactive on the site, on Xbox or on PSN *Up to the discretion of the League's Commissioner in other situations* Two Season Bans Multiple or Severe Code of Conduct Violations All League bans are a minimum of two seasons now. Further abuse will result in permanent ban from the League in which the cheating took place in. Members who are issued a second tag punishment become ineligible for any management, staff, or ownership positions. *Up to the discretion of the League's Commissioner in other situations* Site Bans and Warning Group Punishments Warning Group Punishments / Chat Box Bans The site admin and League official have the ability to mute a member from the chat box as well as from posting in the League's official forums.
